SAFETY AND RESPECT

Kindness needs boundaries.

A hug should feel supportive—not pressuring, frightening or intrusive. These principles will govern the live messaging service.

Messages must be respectful

No threats, harassment, sexual content, manipulation, advertising, impersonation, hate or repeated unwanted contact.

Recipients stay in control

Live messages will include report and block controls. A recipient will never be required to reply or pass a hug onward.

Privacy by design

Only the minimum delivery details should be processed. Sensitive medical information should never be included in a message.

Not professional care

Hugstrader supports connection. It does not diagnose, counsel, monitor risk or replace qualified support.

Report a safety concern
